Template for a content page with two levels of tabs at the top.

Displays the TabsBar1, TabsBar2, and ContentWell slots.

Load your content into these slots to have them show up on your page:

• TabsBar1 (the first row of tabs)
• TabsBar2 (the second row of tabs)
• Main (the main content of the page)
